We stayed this week in a two bedroom unit, Like others said one bedroom with a standard room lock off type room, Nice large unit, on first floor 106-106b, no view but were not in the room looking out the window anyways. The pool area is very nice, beds comfortable, nice linens, the appliances all high end and very new, our oven looked like it had never been used. We had a great breakfast downstairs in the Chez Gerard resto, very nice food and service. Good service all around to printing of our airplane tickets (free), the bellman, both up and down, free laundry service three times a week, wow. I really liked it and will be back, Now if I just had the standard room I might have felt cramped, so go for one bedroom or two if you need the space. No complaints here! Good job 20 west!!

The location, and facilities is what I enjoyed most. Also in terms of size it is perfect.
The apartment was very dusty, and as it was a one bedroom suitem the room adjoining my suite had a guest in it, who was not well. I could hear him him all night. The sound of his tv was also very loud so the sound aspect is definitely very disruptive especially when u on business and want a quiet night

A Memorable Stay in Sandton Unforgettable Dining Experience
I had the pleasure of staying at this superbly located hotel in Sandton, and let me tell you, the dining options were out of this world! The restaurant offered a wide range of mouthwatering dishes, from delicious full English breakfasts to delectable Continental delicacies. The chefs truly knew how to satisfy even the pickiest of eaters. It was like being transported to a culinary paradise, where every bite was a symphony of flavors. I couldn't have asked for a more memorable dining experience during my stay.
Amidst the delightful experience, there was one minor inconvenience - the limited number of utensils provided in the kitchen. As someone who enjoys cooking and making my own meals, I was disappointed to find that there weren't enough cups, plates, or even a pan to use on the stove.

To whom this may concern, I really appreciate the friendliness and productivity of the front dest manager Peggy when I changed rooms for odd reasons. I loved the way in which it was dealt with and how my stay was made instantly more comfortable and homely. I will definitely use 20 West Executive Apartments and Hotel in the future. Their location is exactly right and being woman alone I need not travel so far from where I need to be during my busy days. I am a very big fan of this hotel. Regards, Mrs l Troskie

Very nice rooms.
Charges for Internet use. They charge 3 times the room rate when you check in then refund it when you leave. No concept of customer service.

I had an amazing Christmas stay at this hotel. the staff were friendly and professional, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. the location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and businesses. the complimentary shuttle service was a great perk, allowing me to explore the city without any hassle. the rooms were clean and comfortable, providing a soothing and relaxing environment.
The access cards sometimes didn't work properly, causing inconvenience when trying to enter my room. the open gym area was quite chilly during the winter season, it would have been better if it was in an enclosed space.

The fact that my room had an inter-leading door to another suite which allowed a lot of noise to pass through.
